[It was odd to him, to see his apartment once more, in tact as well. Eyes wandering over the to the clock, assessing the study, the vampire crossed the carpet in silence to the window. Drawing back the curtains he gazed out to the City, watching the sky darken bit by bit for the oncoming night.]

Here I am again.

[Gloved fingers releasing the curtain, allowing it to fall back into place, he turned on his heels to move away. Thoughts were wandering and bouncing around in his skull. So many questions but of course he already knew the answers. It did not look as if much had changed. Just by the digital clock on the desk he passed he figured that a little over a week had past since he last seen this place.

The coffin remained where it was last seen in one of the bedrooms. In the safe he found some of the money he had tucked away was gone but this did not come to him as a surprise. Only two people knew of it, both whom he had no trouble with using the money he earned from taking cases here.]

[Something felt odd in the pocket of his coat. But it was something rather familiar from his previous stay within this caged City - the standard communicator that all residents seem to have in their possession upon arrival. Once settled in the comfortable chair in the living area did he run his thumb across the cover. For a moment he was in thought, wondering.

Without a second thought he flipped it open, pressing the right button to activate it. After finding the right option he needed the vampire settled back in his chair and spoke into it.]

It's bad enough I couldn't sleep much at all... but where did all of these children come from? Their parents should be around here, I would think.

After awakening from a decent rest, I'm not quite sure if I'm really awake or still dreaming.

It seems everyone is able to recover from the curse. I must say that was something bizarre to walk into on one's first day in such a place.

I guess neither Yayoi or Rihou are here; there haven't been any signs of Guni either. but it's strange - she was sitting on my shoulder just as he was opening the door to the office. Their voices... they were bickering just on the other side. How is any of this even possible?

They could be here, however, just in some other part of this place. Any sign of them will certainly appear on this network. Guni has no difficulty making herself known that much is for certain. Rihou is the one I worry about. I know Yayoi will look after her and feed her the blood she needs, but there is still the fact of the matter that she is still young and learning about who she is now.

--! Cain is another matter. With my being here who is to know if he'll try anything to either of the girls.

This isn't promising in the slightest. Especially since I will need something soon.
